New Employee Set-Up

Welcome to the University of Alaska! As a new employee there are a few extra things that you will may want to take advantage of while at the University.

Each of these items below can be completed after you are entered into Banner and have your UA Username and Password set up.

Direct Deposit (UA Online Direct Deposit Help) - Set up direct deposit for your paychecks.

W-4 Form ​​​​​- All new hires are defaulted to Single/Married Filing Separately status. You may want to change your withholding rates.

Update Your Mailing Address - Be sure to update your mailing address through UA Online.

This makes sure that any HR communication, including paper checks and W-2s, get to you as quickly as possible.
