In-Grade Salary Adjustments

An In-Grade Salary Adjustment allows supervisors to request up to a 5% (5-step) increase for a non-represented employee due to outstanding performance, growth in the position, or for retention purposes. To request a Staff In-Grade Salary Adjustment (INGR), complete and submit the NextGen form found here
