Part time employees accrue leave on a prorated basis as leave is based on an employee's FTE. The same is true for leave reporting. For example, if a part employee who is assigned to work 25 hours a week takes a week off, the maximum number of leave hours they can report on their timesheet should not exceed 25 hours.
