You can check on forms that you have submitted through NextGen by clicking the link in the blue box below. You'll need to log on using your UA Single Sign On credentials. Once you are logged into NextGen, click on "My Forms" which you'll find on the menu bar towards the top right of your screen.
Forms that are still in process or have not been submitted yet will be found under "Pending/Draft Forms."
Forms that have been completely finished will be found under "Forms History."
