Requesting Access to Vista Plus/Password Resets

To request access to Vista Plus, please submit a completed Administrative Access Request form to your security coordinator.

  • HR's Security Coordinator has recommended including the ID number of an individual you would like to duplicate the permission group of, if you do not know the specific group(s) to request.

If you need your Vista Plus password reset, please send an email to with your Banner username (e.g. snjmm), UA ID number, and we will reset it as soon as we are able.

Please note that Vista Plus uses the Banner username (e.g. anxxx, fnxxx).
