Personnel is the department responsible for making sure that UA HR policies and procedures for employee job changes are followed and that correct data entry is completed so that our employees are paid properly. We work collaboratively with departments throughout the system to identify solutions on complex job change issues and provide training and support to our valuable HR Coordinators. We are always seeking to make processes better and more efficient through leading and supporting process improvement initiatives.
