Adjust the Toad Data Point for macOS Application Window

Overview

On a Mac system when launching the Toad Data Point application, the application's window will frequently open somewhat off-screen with no apparent ability to reposition it. This is easily corrected with the following steps.

What materials do I need?

  • macOS Computer with Apple Silicon processor
  • Toad Data Point for Mac installed

How do I use this technology?

  1. Double-click the grey bar located above the Toad application window menu.

  2. This causes the Toad application window to shrink, and display the normal macOS window elements.

  3. If desired you can double-click the Toad Data Point - [Web Page] window header to enlarge the Toad Application window, or click-drag the window border to adjust the window to the desired size.
