Overview
Honorlock’s exam proctoring software monitors each student’s exam session and alerts a live, US-based test proctor if it detects any potential problems. This guide is to help show Faculty how to apply a 3rd-party Test or Exam in their Learning Management System (Blackboard) Ultra Course with Honorlock.
Important
Before adding Honolock to your course please
register to incorporate Honorlock into your course with FD&IS. This ensures that you have the materials to add to your course and receive the most up-to-date information about the tool
What materials do I need?
Next Steps
- Login to Learning Management System (Blackboard)
- Click on the course with the HonorLock tool
- Click on the Honorlock Exam List Tool
- Select the three stacked lines
- Select Register Thrid Party Exam
- Fill out the Exam Name,
- Select Exam Start, Exam End
- Select Exam Platform
- Fill out the Exam Password
- Select which proctoring settings you would like enabled for the profile and provide test taker and proctoring instructions.
- Click Create
- The test will show in the Content Area and in the HonorLock Exam List

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Learning Management System (LMS) form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
