Overview

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to log into UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

How do I use this technology?

  1. Open Web Browser 
  2. Enter the Amazon Connect URL into a web browser
  3. Enter  UAA email address
  4. Click Next
    Azure login email address
     
  5. Enter UAA Password
  6. Click Sign In

     
  7. Go through the Dup Authentication Process
  8. In Applications, select the Amazon Connect instance
    Applications to Amazon Connect Instance
     
  9. The Amazon Connect Home page will appear

    Options and menu items may vary based on access level.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
