Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to create a contact center's hours of operation in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
