Overview

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service utilized by the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) as our Contact Centers. This article provides instructions on how to apply a quick connect in UAA's Contact Center, Amazon Connect.

How do I use this technology?

  1. Log into Amazon Connect
  2. In Applications, select the Amazon Connect instance.

  3. Select the Routing (Flow Connect icon) and Select Queues
    Routing to Queues
     
  4. Select the Name of the Queue
    select queue by name
     
  5. Scroll down to the Quick Connects section

  6. Select from the Quick Connect options from the drop-down list

  7. Click Save
    Save button in Queues

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate <Service Form Name with Link> form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by UAA Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
