For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Foxit PDF Editor, or Adobe Creative Cloud​​​​ form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.

Adobe Cloud License
The Adobe Cloud is where Adobe software can be accessed. License to adobe software via the Adobe Cloud are centrally managed by a University of Alaska system license agreement. Departments can purchase licenses from this agreement for use by Staff, Faculty, and Students, whether for administrative duties, or academic work.
