The Endpoint Management System (EPM) provides centralized management of workstations and servers allowing remote installation of applications, patches, and other software fixes. Our service offerings include desktop and laptop management, configuration management, and server automation.

Requirements
- Computer must be owned by the University of Alaska
- Computer must be joined to the University of Alaska Active Directory Domain (Windows), or appropriate management system for devices running macOS (JAMF), or ChromeOS (Google Workspace @ UA).
Cost
The University of Alaska provides access to the Endpoint Management System (EPM) at no cost to students, staff, and faculty.
Availability
24 hours a day 7 days a week exclusions are,
- During scheduled updated or upgrades that require the system to be unavailable. You can see service availability on the UAA Service Status page.
Supported By
This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
