SPSS Statistics is a software package by IBM used for statistical analysis. The central management of IBM SPSS Statistics licensing allows University of Alaska (UA) departments to purchase certain SPSS products at a discounted price, and allows for efficient management of all the SPSS licenses for the University. This software is available to UA departments, faculty, and staff for use on University-owned equipment for University-related activities.
Licenses are issued on a per-computer basis, i.e. one license per computer, rather than one license per person. For more information on the SPSS licensing program, please read the SPSS Software article in the knowledge base.

- Custom Tables add-on
- Missing Values add-on

Important Note: This software is not available to UAA Community Campuses under our current licensing agreement.
Requirements
- SPSS and any additional paid add-ons requested
- Number of computer(s) that software will be installed on
- Fund/Org, for new license purchases only
Cost
- Students currently registered for an approved course at a participating UA Campus have access to the IBM SPSS software at no cost.
- Staff and Faculty may purchase SPSS software licenses. Current rates can be found on the Distributed Software Rates page.
Availability
Once the software is installed, the software remains available while the license is current. The software will not run after the license expires.
