Reset Cisco Jabber

Overview

This article will walk you through the steps needed to successfully reset the Cisco Jabber application. Resetting Jabber is a good first step when trying to resolve Jabber issues.

 

What materials do I need?

  • A computer with Jabber installed.
  • The Jabber client opened on the computer.

 

How do I use this technology?

  1. Click on the Settings icon

  2. Click on Sign out
    Jabber Sign out location

     
  3. Click on Reset Jabber

  4. Click on Reset
    Location of Reset
     
  5. Log in to Cisco Jabber.
    1. Login to Cisco Jabber on macOS
    2. Login to Cisco Jabber on Windows
