The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) provides telephone services including voice mail, call center functionality, and voice menus.

Cost
For telephone and voice mail rates see the FY22 Recharge Rates, along with the list of phones and prices. Repairs to existing telephones are free of charge.
Availability
Once established, telephone and voice mail service is available 24/7. Monitoring and maintenance of existing telephones, and voice mail is the responsibility of IT Services.
Closed caption telephones, once established, are available for on-site work use.
Requests for new phone services are processed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
