Telephone rates for FY22 remain stable compared to last year. Starting in FY21, the telecommunication rate was split into two separate rates: a telephone and data services rate and a handset rate. The telephone and data services rates include the telephone line, network connectivity, data services, and IT security. The handset rate covers the replacement cost of the physical desk phone. If a phone is primarily used from a computer via the softphone app, they may elect to turn in their desk phone and avoid paying this rate.

If you would like to make changes to phone services, fund/orgs, etc. please submit Phone Billing change request. Changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed to be accounted for in this fiscal year’s billing.
