This service is used to request a softphone which is a computer software used to make phone calls over the internet from any device with a speaker and microphone, including computers. A softphone allows users to make telephone calls without an actual, physical telephone.

- Get setup to be able to receive and make phone calls through your computer using Jabber from Cisco.
