Share Content on Digital Signs

Overview

Sharing digital sign content across university sign managers helps everyone communicate more effectively. It saves time, reduces duplicated effort, and ensures important campus messages stay consistent, timely, and high-quality. By collaborating, content creators can reach more students, faculty, and visitors with engaging information while building a stronger sense of connection across the university.

What materials do I need?

  • Internet access
  • Web browser
  • TrilbyTV 'UA Content Creator' permission and access to 'Shared Content & Signs (Everyone)' group

How do I use this technology?

  1. Login to TrilbyTV site.
  2. Click Feed.
  3. Click the desired content to open it.
  4. Under the Categories click the applicable label(s) for the content.

  5. Under the Groups section click Shared Content & Signs (Everyone).

  6. The Groups label will change to indicate it's been selected.

  7. Click Save.

Next Steps

Once the content has been marked as Approved, if it has not already been, sign managers will be able add the content to their signs.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
