Overview
Google Groups allows you to receive messages sent to your groups in many different ways. You can choose to receive each message sent to the group separately, or a summary of the messages sent to your groups once a day. You can change your email delivery preferences by following the directions below.
What materials do I need?
- Internet connectivity
- Web browser
- UA account
How do I use this technology?
- From your Google Groups homepage, click on the My groups button.
- Click on the Edit memberships button.
- In the drop-down menu for a group, select from one the following email delivery options:
- Each email: You will receive each message sent to the group separately.
- Digest: Once a day, you will receive full messages bundled into a single message.
- Abridged: Once a day, you will receive a summary of new messages.
- No Email: You will not receive messages sent to the group in your inbox. You can visit the group's webpage to read messages.
Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Google Workspace @ UA form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
