How do I use this technology?

Google Tasks works in the browser on your desktop, or laptop computer, and in mobile apps for Android and iOS devices.

  1. Login to your Google Workspace @ UA account.
  2. Click the Apps menu.
  3. Click Tasks icon.

Is there any additional information I should know about?

There are several keyboard shortcuts in the Tasks side panel.

Esc Exists task detail view
Space Marks a task complete or incomplete
Enter Enters inline edit mode
Backspace Deletes a task
Alt + Up Moves selected task up
Alt + Down Moves selected task down

Command + ] Indents a task to create a shortcut
Command + [ Un-indents a subtask

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime via a ticket using the appropriate Google Workspace @ UA Service form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
