The electronic door locks operate very much like that of a card lock on a hotel room. Your current UAA ID card (i.e. Wolfcard) will serve as your access key.

Requirements
- An individual affiliated with the University of Alaska Anchorage with a valid Wolfcard.
Cost
- Use of electronic door locks is provided to all active students, staff, and faculty at not cost.
- Departments may be responsible for costs associated with the installation of new electronic door locks on rooms they are responsible for.
Availability
24 hours a day 7 days a week exclusions are,
- During scheduled updated or upgrades that require the system to be unavailable.
Supported By
This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
