The University of Alaska’s electronic signature solution, a cloud-based application, allowing users to send and sign securely as well as input other data into a document with automated document workflow.

Eligible individuals can request access by completing a clicking the Request Support button to the right and completing the form. Requests for multiple accounts can be submitted by creating an Excel spreadsheet with the following information, and then attaching the file to the submitted request.

  • First name
  • Last Name
  • UA Email address (i.e. username@alaska.edu)
  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Campus

Requirements

  • A DocuSign license is NOT REQUIRED to SIGN a document sent via DocuSign. In order to send documents using a digital signature, only the sender needs to have a DocuSign license.

Cost

DocuSign is provided as a common-good service to the campus, which means there is no direct cost to the individual or department.

Availability

Service is available 24 hours per day. Exceptions include: scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

Supported By

This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
