This service is used to request a change of which network VLAN specific device(s) reside on.
Eligibility
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Building(s) and room(s) where device(s) are located
- Switch IP address or switch name, if known
- Switch port number, if known
- Current VLAN number, if known
- New VLAN number or purpose for change
- MAC address(es) of device(s) currently attached to the network ports requiring the change
