VLAN Change

This service is used to request a change of which network VLAN specific device(s) reside on.

Eligibility

• Faculty
• Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

• Building(s) and room(s) where device(s) are located
• Switch IP address or switch name, if known
• Switch port number, if known
• Current VLAN number, if known
• New VLAN number or purpose for change
• MAC address(es) of device(s) currently attached to the network ports requiring the change
