Schedule Computer Lab Maintenance

This service is used to schedule computer lab maintenance to be performed by the Field Services team.

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

• Building(s) and room(s) where lab(s) are located
• If room is listed in Scheduling & Space Management System (SMSS)
• Date which maintenance needs to be completed by
• Org and Fund to charge for labor and parts (if required)
