This service is used to request a redirect of one URL to another URL. This means if someone types in or clicks on a link to a redirected URL, it will take them to newly requested URL instead.

Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Current (old) URL
- New URL to redirect to
- Specify whether the new URL is a page or a directory of listings
