UAA IT Support for Watermark SLL

Important
Students having problems need to speak to their Instructors. Instructors having issues need to speak to the designated contact in the School of Education. UAA IT Services only provides support for configurations we have setup and those requests must come from our contact within the School of Education.

Get support from UAA IT Services for the below components of the Student Learning & Licensure application used by the School of Education.

  • Single Sign On Configuration changes
  • Report an error with the Single Sign On, this is only when no users are able to login
  • Update the configuration of the Banner Imports, such as adding Courses
  • Have the Banner Imports ran, needs to be done at least once a semester
