This service is used to set up recurring onsite support from Desktop Services or Audio Visual Services.
Eligibility
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
	- Any tasks to be scheduled for the RTSV
 
	- Building(s) and room(s) where support will occur
 
	- Description of equipment
 
	- Equipment service tags and serial numbers, where applicable
 
	- Org and Fund numbers for pre-approved equipment purchases
