This service is used to request picking up and processing of equipment to be sent to UA surplus. IT Services will sort equipment between bad, old, good and possible reallocatable equipment, and we will destroy data on systems and reload operating system where appropriate.
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Building(s) and location(s) where equipment needs to be picked up
- Type and volume (e.g. how many pieces) of equipment
