Service Description
This service is used to request an application already available in the software center be updated to a newer version. This can include small, incremental updates to versions of software or major updates that include significant changes between releases.
Eligibility
Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Point of contact for billing related expenses to software licenses/subscriptions (if any)
- Campus where computer(s) are located requiring updates
- Software titles and vendor names
