Training is not required to access the Schedule & Space Management System (SSMS) it is simply there for those that want or need assistance to use the SSMS. The SSMS has a lot of different features that are not used by everyone. We have basic customer training, as well as more targeted training for individuals looking to get help with certain uses or features of the system. The Training & Workshops calendar has a list of upcoming trainings. Trainings are sometimes offered by advanced users other than the SSMS System Administrator(s).
