Add or Change DNS Record

This service is used to request new DNS records, changes or updates to existing DNS records, or the removal of DNSrecords.

• Faculty
• Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

• Specify whether this is an address or alias
• IP address of the device the record points to and if the device has or needs a static reservation
• MAC address of the device the record points to
• Specify whether or not the device is currently connected to the UAA network
