Add Video to Digital Sign

Overview

The Digital Signage platform uploading video content from any device using a web browser, and support just about any video format.

Tip
For best results, we recommend exporting your video at a resolution of 1080p. Images should be sized at 1920 x 1080 or greater.

How do I use this technology?

  1. Create video content, and save/export it on your device.
  2. Login to TrilbyTV.
  3. In TrillbyTV, click the + button in the top-right menu.
  4. Select Video.
  5. Click the Browse button on the screen and then use the file picker to locate the video to be uploaded.
  6. Click Ok once selected.
  7. The video will be uploaded.
  8. Once done, fill in the title and short description for your video.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
