When content is added to the Digital Signage service, by default it is unapproved, and not visible to anyone except moderators, and the person who uploaded it. Content awaiting approval will have a green bar with a check mark displayed on top of the preview image in the content feed.
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
