Approve Digital Sign Content


When content is added to the Digital Signage service, by default it is unapproved, and not visible to anyone except moderators, and the person who uploaded it. Content awaiting approval will have a green bar with a check mark displayed on top of the preview image in the content feed.


How do I use this technology?

While content awaiting approval can be approved by simply clicking the check mark that is displayed on top of the slideshow preview image, we strongly encourage clicking the Edit icon to view the content of the slideshow before approving the slides.


  1. Login to TrilbyTV.
  2. Access the Content Feed.
  3. Content awaiting moderation approval will be displayed with a green vertical bar with a check mark.
  4. Click the edit button on the desired content to be reviewed.

  5. Review the content of the slideshow.
  6. When finished, if the slideshow should be approved, click Approve Content.

  7. Click Save.

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
