Overview
Authorized individuals can access the University of Alaska Anchorage Digital Signage platform by following the directions below.
What materials do I need?
- Computer with access to the Internet
- Web browser
- Your UA Identity
How do I use this technology?
- Open web browser and access TrilbyTV.

- Under or sign in with text click the Microsoft logo.

- At the Microsoft Sign in prompt, enter your UA email address, then click Next.

- At the Enter password prompt, enter your UA password, then click Sign in.
Important
The first time you access the TrilbyTV system you will see the following prompts to finish associating your university account with the system.
- At the Microsoft 365 Permissions requested prompt, review the permissions the app is requesting, then click Accept.

- The TrilbyTV Agreement will be displayed.

- Select the following:
- I have read, understood and accept the Privacy Notice.
- I have read, understood and accept the Acceptable Content Policy.
- Click Confirm.
- At the Stay signed in? prompt, if you're on a shared device, click No, otherwise if you're on your primary computer, click Yes.

- At the Welcome <Your Name> screen, click Go to TrilbyTV.

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Digital Signage form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
