Payment for Personal Computer Support


When work is completed for a Personal Computer Support request, any payment due must be paid prior to equipment being picked up. Payment can be made at the UAA Consortium Library circulation desk, just around the corner from IT Services office in the Social Sciences Building. Details on how to make a payment and pick up your equipment is included below.

What to bring

When making a payment on a Personal Computer Support request, be sure to bring the following information and items with you:

  • Ticket number
  • Amount due
  • Form of photo ID
Once you've made your payment at the Library, save the receipt to provide when picking up your equipment from IT Services.


  1. Visit the Consortium Library's circulation desk.
    1. Provide the ticket number and amount due to Library Staff.
    2. Pay using you're preferred payment method (Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Check).
    3. Save the receipt to provide to the IT Staff later.
  2. Proceed to the IT Services Office in Social Sciences Building suite 120.
    1. Notify the front desk staff that you are here to pick-up personal equipment.
    2. Provide the payment receipt and a photo ID.
      • UAA WolfCard, Real ID, Passport, or other legal photo ID
    3. Receive your equipment
