UAA provides unlimited surveys and responses to UAA students, staff, and faculty. UAA uses Qualtrics online survey software to provide its survey tool.
To access Qualtrics, login at http://www.uaa.alaska.edu/surveys/ with your UA username and password. If you are unable to login you contact the IT Services Service Center at 786-4646, option 1 for assistance.
