Install Milestone Client

Overview

The following is the procedure for installing the Milestone client.

 

Note
Access to the Milestone Client security camera system must be requested by a department supervisor and submitted to IT Services.

 

Resources

  • UAA computer
  • Internet Access
  • Milestone Access 

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Milestone download page 
  2. Download and install Milestone
  3. Set server name to Server/computer anc-cam-m1.apps.ad.alaska.edu

  4. Set authentication method to use windows authentication. This will automatically put in UA\username.

  5. After the password is entered. Click connect.
