Overview
To stay aligned with industry best practices, contract requirements, anticipated continued use, and to reduce our storage footprint, UAA periodically schedules the content deletion of old and unused Kaltura videos. The following instructions are for downloading Kaltura videos for archival purposes.

- Kaltura account with uploaded video content
How do I use this technology?
- Navigate to https://mediaspace.uaa.alaska.edu/
- Click on the Guest icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click on Login in the drop-down menu.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name, then click My Media in the drop-down menu.
- Select the Filters button.
- In the column titled Ownership, select the Media I Own and Media I Can Edit checkboxes. Leave the other columns with Any/All options checked.
- Scroll down to see the videos available, and select the Edit (pencil) for one of the videos.
- Select the Downloads tab.
- Select an Available Format and click the Save button, and then click the Go To Media button.
- Scroll below the video and select the Download tab. You will see a file listed; select the Downward Arrow icon to save the recording to your device.
