Edit an Enterprise Service Management Desktop


Information on how to edit a Desktop within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system.



Individuals who have created their own Desktop(s) within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system can delete these desktops when they are no longer useful. This article will walk through to process of deleting a Desktop.

What materials do I need?

  • Web Browser
  • TDNext license

How do I use this technology?

  1. Login to ESM.
  2. Navigate to the Desktop tab on the menu bar.
  3. On the right of the Desktop menu bar, click the Desktops drop-down menu, and select the desired desktop.
  4. Click the Edit Desktop button.
  5. Add, move, or remove modules as desired.
  6. When finished editing the desktop, click Save.
