Overview
Individuals who have created their own Dashboard(s) within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system can delete these desktops when they are no longer useful. This article will walk through to process of deleting a Dashboard.
What materials do I need?
- Web Browser
- TDWorkManagement license
How do I use this technology?
- Login to ESM.
- Navigate to the Home tab on the menu bar.
- On the right of the Home menu bar, click the Manage Dashboards button.
A list of all dashboards associated with your identity will be displayed.
- Locate the desired dashboard to delete.
- Click Delete for the desired dashboard.
Important
Only dashboard created by you can be deleted by you. Any linked dashboard(s) will display an informative question mark icon that displays the text This dashboard cannot be deleted because it is linked to a dashboard template managed by your system administrators.
If you have any of these linked dashboard that you no longer have a need to view, please contact your App Admin to request these be removed from your profile.
- A pop-up confirmation dialog box asking if Are you sure you want to delete this dashboard? This cannot be undone. Click Ok.
- Click the Close button.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
