Create an Enterprise Service Management Desktop for Others to Use

Overview

Only Enterprise Administrators within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system are able to create shareable Dashboards at this time. They can create a Dashboard Template and assign it to any number of individuals within the system. When they share a dashboard with individuals they can choose to link the dashboard to the template or not. If a linked dashboard is added to person the individual is unable to edit the dashboard within TDWorkManagement, and the dashboard will automatically reflect any changes made to the dashboard template.

If an App Admin, department manager, or department employee would like to share a Dashboard configuration with others, they can take a screenshot or print-to-PDF a copy of the dashboard and submit a Enterprise Service Management request to have the Enterprise Administrators re-create the Dashboard as a Dashboard Template. The template can then be shared with specified individuals or groups.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
