Edit an Enterprise Service Management Desktop

Overview

Individuals who have created their own Dashboard(s) within the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) system can edited these dashboards when they need to be adjusted to accommodate changes in business processes. This article will walk through to process of editing a Dashboard.

Important
You can only edit dashboards that were created by you. Dashboards linked to your account can only be edited by ESM Enterprise Administrators. If a linked dashboard needs to be changed please submit an Enterprise Service Management ticket with the requested change(s).

What materials do I need?

  • Web Browser
  • TDWorkManagement license

How do I use this technology?

  1. Login to ESM.
  2. Navigate to the Home tab on the menu bar.
  3. Click the Dashboards drop-down menu, and select the desired dashboard.
  4. Click the Edit Dashboard button.
  5. Add, move, or remove modules as desired.
  6. When finished editing the Dashboard, click Save.

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Enterprise Service Management form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
