Active Directory (AD) is the system that manages your domain account at the university, and is used to login to university computers, wireless networks, Office 365, and other systems/services.

Cost

The University of Alaska Anchorage provides access to Active Directory at no cost to students, staff, and faculty.

Availability

24 hours a day 7 days a week exclusions are,

  • During planned maintenance window, current service availability can be see on the UAA IT Service Status page.

Supported By

This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
