Wireless Network (WiFi)

The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) provides high-bandwith, high-availability wireless network (WiFi) service to UAA campuses across the state.

  • Contracted Vendor

Requirements

Cost

Wireless network connectivity is available at no cost to end users.

Availability

24 hours a day 7 days a week exclusions are,

  • During scheduled updated or upgrades that require the system to be unavailable. You can see service availability on the UAA Service Status page.
  • Requests for special Wi-Fi networks, and other general services are processed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Supported By

This service is provided by UAA IT Services. Requests for this service may be submitted anytime via the Request button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
