This service is used to request a new or renewed TSL certificate for eligible website URLs hosted on the uaa.alaska.edu domain.
Eligible Peoples
Requirements
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Domain name(s)
- Certificate duration (active for 1, 2, or 3 years)
- Contact name for website administrator
Cost
There is no cost to the university community associated with this service for InCommon based certificates.
Availability
Requests for security certificates are processed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Supported By
This service is maintained and supported by UAA IT Services. Requests for support may be submitted anytime via the Request Support button on the right side of this page. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by the IT Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
