Change Permissions on Enterprise File Storage/Shared Drive

This service is used to request an update or change to Fileshare access permissions, including administrative and security group level changes.

• Staff

Required Information

Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:

• Reason for change
• File Storage name/type
• Users to change, if any
• Administrators to change, if any
• Security group changes, if any
