Request a Test Call

It is a good idea to test your video, and audio before a meeting or webinar. You can do that either manually, or via requesting a test meeting.

Manual

  1. Make sure you have the correct software installed
    • Microsoft Teams: Desktop (macOS, or Windows), Mobile (Android, iOS, or iPadOS)
    • Zoom: Zoom Client for Meetings (macOS, or Windows), Zoom Mobile App (Android, iOS, or iPadOS), or the Zoom Extension for Browsers (Chrome, or Firefox)

Test Meeting

Alternatively you can request a test call with a UA Video Conferencing specialist who will setup a test meeting with the desired meeting software (Microsoft Teams, or Zoom) and will work with you to verify that the audio, video, and other elements are working as expected before your event.
