Required Information
Before submitting a ticket, please have the following information ready:
- Building(s) and room(s) where equipment is located
- Description of work to be performed
- Indication if room(s) are currently in Scheduling & Space Management System (SMSS) in case we need to schedule the room as "unavailable" during maintenance times
- Dates when maintenance will start and end
