In this article, the reader will learn to change their password for UA accounts using the Me.UAA password management system located at http://me.uaa.alaska.edu. This article applies to all UAA student, staff and faculty users.
Users will need to know their UA user name or 8–digit UA ID number and be able to satisfactorily prove their identity by answering several questions based on enrollment and employee records. If you are locked out of this system or otherwise unable to proceed during the process, please contact the Service Center for assistance.

The Me.UAA system is not used to set the PIN for UAOnline, that system is managed independently. Please note that the verification questions used in the Me.UAA system are drawn directly from enrollment and employment records, if you believe them to be in error, please contact the appropriate department, as IT Services cannot change this information.
